Offering a two or three day course, which comprises of competence based training and assessments in the selection, use, maintenance, and inspection of electrical apparatus in potentially explosive atmospheres in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 60079 series relevant standards.

CompEx Ex05-Ex06 Dust

Competence based training and assessments in the selection, use, maintenance, and inspection of I.S. and non-I.S. electrical apparatus in areas of combustible dusts in accordance with the requirements of IEC 60079-0, IEC 6007910-2, IEC 60079-14 and IEC 60079-17 relevant standards.

CompEx Ex11 Mechanical

Designed to provide mechanical personnel with the knowledge of potentially explosive atmospheres, upon candidates being successful they will uphold an internationally recognised certificate of core competence which corresponds with Unit Ex11.

CompEx Ex12 Application Design Engineers

Competence based training and assessments in the application, design and selection of electrical equipment in accordance to IEC 60079-14.

CompEx Ex14 Site Responsible Persons

Designed to assess the competency of the individual, with regards to the standards and directives to enable them to manage skilled personnel and competent operatives / technicians conducting selecting, erection, inspection and maintenance duties so as to ensure that plant and equipment remains fit for continued use in an explosive atmosphere.
