A five-day training course recognising the cause and effect of poor instrumentation performance arising from human factor interventions, environmental conditions, or calibration drift due to bottlenecks.
This ten day course provides an appreciation of the operation and application of process plant instrumentation used for the measurement and display of the main process variables of pressure, level, flow and temperature.
Designed to provide detailed knowledge and understanding of the principles of industrial automatic control and the practical application of these on process plant control systems.
This course provides candidates with the underpinning knowledge and understanding of measurement systems and calibration techniques through carrying out practical workshop exercises.
To provide the candidate with a knowledge of procedures for the logical approach to fault finding and diagnosis.
To provide the skills and knowledge of the operation, calibration and industrial application of process control valves used for the manipulation and control of the main process variables of pressure, level, flow and temperature.
To provide a working knowledge of the principles of Allen Bradley PLC's and their process plant applications.
To provide a working knowledge of switching devices, digital electronics, logic operation, flow charts and task specifications.
To provide a working knowledge of the principles of programmable controllers and their process plant applications.
This ten day course provides an appreciation of the operation and application of process plant instrumentation used for the measurement and display of the main process variables of pressure, level, flow and temperature, including the ECITB Accredited Training and Certification upon successful completion.
