Course Content

Aim

This unit aims to give candidates knowledge of the components and systems commonly used in lubrication systems, transmissions and plant equipment.

The general aim of this unit is to broaden and extend candidates knowledge of mechanical engineering systems and provide a foundation for continuing work in related units.

Pre-requisite

No pre-requisites are required, although experience of mechanical engineering would be beneficial.

Course Duration

The course is 2 days in duration.

Optimum Number

A maximum of 6 candidates per course.

Course Language

The course is delivered in English. Therefore candidates must have a good standard of both written and verbal English.

Courses can be delivered in other languages however, this would need to be discussed prior to acceptance on the course. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to make Roxby aware of this requirement.

Use will be made of PowerPoint Presentation, course notes / hand-outs, and discussion.
